Tango Rolling

Tango-Rolling is a complete body Health & Fitness program for the social and professional dancer based on my over 30 years experience as a dancer and fitness enthusiast. We are concerned with training dancers to have functioning bodies which minimize injury and become our vehicle for self expression. How you look on the outside is not important to us. How you are on the inside is what is important. We practice a regime of training which focuses on strength, aerobic, balance, flexibility, and injury risk management.

Tango-Rolling is based on the groundbreaking work of Yamuna Body Rolling and is focused on bringing body wellness to the dance community. Tango-Rolling is specifically designed to support the needs of the Argentine Tango dancer from the professional to the causal social dancer. Tango dancers have unique needs and require unique solutions. Many times, we have only minutes between classes, performances, or practicas. Tango-Body rolling will teach you how to roll out the stiffness in specific body areas to promote fluidity of movement and reduce risk of injury.
